Behind the lens.

Hey, I’m Nick,

the passionate

photographer behind

Banff Photography.

Hey y'all! I’m thrilled you found your way to my little corner of the internet. I’m a photographer who traded the hustle and bustle of Toronto for the breathtaking views of Banff, and I couldn’t be happier.

With a background in Environmental Visual Communication, I have a knack for capturing the beauty of the outdoorsβ€”especially stunning mountain vistas. Whether it’s hiking up a trail to find the perfect shot or chasing after wildlife (don’t worry, I promise I’m more charming than a grizzly bear!), I’m always up for an adventure.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me geeking out over hockey stats, sampling the latest local brews, or indulging in some delicious food. I believe that great photos, like great meals, are best enjoyed with good company!

I absolutely love working with couples, families, and groups from all walks of lifeβ€”there’s something magical about capturing those genuine moments that tell your unique story. So, if you’re looking for someone as passionate about photography as they are about the great outdoors (and maybe a little too enthusiastic about hockey), let’s connect! I can’t wait to create some beautiful memories together.

The Crew

Luke Perrault
Photographer
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Emerald Lake
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: Lupo
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Rawson Lake

My name is Luke and I have been a Bow Valley resident since 2023! I am originally from a small town in Ontario, and graduated from the Film program at Canadore College in 2020. I have had a camera in my hand ever since I can remember, and love shooting people, landscapes and animals. I am an avid hiker, camper, fisherman, and hockey enthusiast. (Go Leafs go!) I enjoy staying active and exploring nature. Whether on the trails, by the water, or on the ice, I find joy in connecting with the environment and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Adam Greenwood
Photographer
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Peyto Lake
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: Banff Brewing Co
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Sentinel Pass Trail

Hello everyone, my name is Adam. I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast & passionate photographer. I spent a few years travelling from coast to coast around Canada, in my self converted van, in pursuit of finding the best place to call home. Moving to the Bow Valley was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. An area filled with the nicest people & the best views! Photography has been my #1 hobby for over a decade & I’ve been trying my best to turn it into my full time job since 2020. If you ever catch me without a camera in my hands, it’s probably because they’re occupied by a hockey stick, kettlebell, or a pint of local craft beer.

Dorine Allali
Photographer
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Spray Lakes
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: Rocket Pie
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Tent Ridge

Hi, I’m Dorine! I’m originally from France but have called Canada home for the past 10 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I used to work as a software engineer in Montreal, but like a lot of people, the pandemic made me rethink things. I traded the office for the outdoors, moved to Alberta, adopted a dog, and started chasing mountain light with a camera in hand.

My love for photography actually began on my first trip to the Rockies in 2014. It’s actually what made me start hiking, I was just so determined to take epic photos. Since then, photography has taken me all over. From road tripping across New Zealand (forever in my heart), to converting a school bus and road tripping with no real plan, just my dog and a sense of adventure.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, camping, doing CrossFit, or watching hockey (I worked for the Flames for four years, but will always be a Habs fan at heart). Oh, and I’m never far from a good piece of bread, cheese, or a glass of wine. French roots, after all.

David Clark
Accountant
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Bow Lake
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: The Drake Pub
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Bow Lake

Hi, I’m Dave. By trade, I’m a CPA, CA with a background in accounting and business management. I began my career at KPMG, where I developed a strong foundation in finance and strategic planningβ€”skills that have guided me as both a business owner and consultant. But beyond the numbers, I’ve always been drawn to creative outlets, and photography has become a newfound passion.

That passion truly took off after visiting my friend Nick in the mountains of Banff National Park. Inspired by the breathtaking landscapes and the artistry of photography, I picked up my Canon EOS R and haven’t looked back. Now, I find joy in capturing the beauty of nature and the authenticity of candid moments, always pushing myself to see the world in a new way through my lens.

As a father of four, life is always in motion, and much of my spare time is spent at the hockey rinkβ€”cheering on my kids, helping out, or simply enjoying the energy of the game. It’s a huge part of our family life and something I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Sara Izzi
Social Specialist
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Big Beehive
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: Hello Sunshine
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Johnston Canyon

Hi, I'm Sara! I work alongside Sheldon, as the digital assistant, to manage our social media and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I'm also a brand photographer with a passion for travel and surf photography. I currently live in Hawaii and can't wait for the day I get to visit Banff in person!

Sheldon Henneberry
Content Designer
πŸ”οΈβ€‚Go-to spot: Tunnel Mountain Reservoir
πŸ”β€‚Dinner pick: BeaverTails
πŸ₯Ύβ€‚Trail of choice: Lake Agnes

Hey, I’m Sheldon! A designer-turned-content-creator who somehow ended up doing a little bit of everything; photo, video, web design, you name it.

When I’m not glued to a screen, I’m either at the gym, hunting down the best desserts (purely for research purposes, of course), or adding yet another cologne to my collection because apparently, smelling good is a personality trait. I also have a deep appreciation for electronic music and love trash TV, especially when paired with a glass of Moscato.
